Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Real Estate Sales Agent to represent Beet Limited’s projects and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and delivering a professional and seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to closing.
This role requires strong market awareness, persuasive communication, and a deep understanding of the Nigerian real estate landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell Beet Limited’s real estate projects and property offerings
• Generate and manage qualified leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
• Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and client consultations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
• Provide accurate information on property features, pricing, and documentation
• Guide clients through the sales process, negotiations, and closing procedures
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain updated records of client interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to align sales strategies
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales role
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional presentation and interpersonal abilities
• Goal-oriented with a strong sales drive
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
