Job summary

The Balogun Group seeks a persuasive Sales Closer to drive enrollments in our training programs and grow real estate sales. You’ll build partnerships with schools, churches, and organizations, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into clients. Base pay plus commission.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell our online courses, certification programs, and business coaching offers to institutions and individuals.

• Promote real estate sales, property management, and investment opportunities under the Platinum Key Realty brand.

• Build and maintain relationships with schools, churches, and organizations for group enrollments and partnerships.

• Follow up with prospects via calls, email, and WhatsApp to move them through the sales pipeline.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns, materials, and events that drive conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.

• Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and presentations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of sales experience in education, real estate, or B2B services.

• Strong closing and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Confidence using tools like GoHighLevel, WhatsApp Business, or CRM platforms.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and passionate about growth.
