Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ikeja for a Project Management Instructor. The instructor will design and deliver engaging course materials covering project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
Responsibilities include facilitating practical, project-based learning; providing personalized mentorship and guidance to students; evaluating performance; and staying updated on current project management trends. The role also involves fostering a collaborative and professional learning environment.
Qualifications
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Jira
• Strong teaching, public speaking, and presentation skills
• Experience in mentorship and hands-on instruction
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse learners
• Demonstrated ability to deliver project-based, practical learning experiences
• Formal certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly valued
• Previous experience in tech-related project management or similar roles is a plus
