Job Description
· Sales Strategy Execution/Revenue Generation: Translate organizational sales strategy into actionable plans, targets, and daily activities for the sales team.
· Target Setting & Performance Monitoring: Set clear, realistic sales targets and continuously track team performance against objectives.
· CRM Governance & Discipline: Enforce strict and consistent use of the CRM system for pipeline management, reporting, and accountability.
· Team Leadership & Management: manage, and motivate Sales Executives to achieve high performance.
· Coaching & Capacity Building: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to improve sales competence and productivity.
· Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead high-value negotiations and support the team in closing complex or strategic deals.
· Sales Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports to management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
· Process Improvement: Continuously refining sales processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Client Relations, and Operations to optimize lead conversion and customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month

• Real Estate Sales: 5 years (Required)
