Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin/Human Resources Manager based in Abuja. The successful candidate will oversee administrative functions, manage human resources policies, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include handling performance reviews, staff training, conflict resolution, and creating strategies to enhance workplace productivity and employee satisfaction.
The role also involves contributing to the continuous improvement of organizational processes and maintaining efficient workplace operations.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Human Resource Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment
• Understanding of Organizational Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance Standards
• Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Conflict Resolution Skills
• Experience in Administrative Support, Record Keeping, and Facility Management
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving Abilities
• Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and software
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or CIPM would be advantageous
• Proven experience in a similar management role
