Breezy Digital Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a reputable pharmaceutical company seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand its market presence across assigned regions in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and strengthening relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Medical Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s product reach Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions Ensure effective territory coverage and optimal resource allocation Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards within the pharmaceutical industry
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is an added advantage) Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Good understanding of the Nigerian pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
