Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ikeja for a Business Operations Specialist. In this role, you will assist in the daily operations of the Learning and Development Department, including implementing learning programs for organizations, deploying e-learning content, managing Learning Management Technology Platforms, organizing records, supporting employee performance improvement, and coordinating personnel management tasks. You will also contribute to maintaining a positive work culture by supporting HR strategies and day-to-day employee relations activities.
Qualifications
• Must have had 3years business operations experience in a core HR or FMCG environment
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles
• Understanding of Learning and Development Strategies
• Skills in Personnel Management Performance Improvement
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Solutions
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• An eagerness to learn and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to organize people and take leadership positions
• Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and proficiency in maintaining personnel records.
• Ability to manage Benefits Administration processes efficiently.

Probation Period The probation period shall be for 6 months.
Remuneration The candidate shall be paid a gross sum of N150,000 and up to N30,000 in performance earnings in the initial instance. Upon demonstrating high level performance, the HR and Learning Assistant would be offered an increase in monthly wages. The role is 100% on-site and candidates would be required to commute daily to our Alausa, Ikeja Office.
