· Understand customers’ needs and requirements and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure.
· Represents the executives in Pre-Bid meetings/conferences.
· Manage a response to 'Request for Tenders' (RFT), 'Request for Proposals' (RFP) or ‘Request for Quote’ (RFQ) issued by purchasing authorities.
· Perform sourcing, liaising and negotiating with new and existing suppliers to improve business.
· Liaise with the sales team to ensure proper pre and post sales service.
· Manages and coordinates information from technical specialists, customers, cost estimators and others involved in the bidding process.
· Manage the sales order processing from customer order placement, to follow up on coordination with the invoicing process, logistics, payment receipt, and delivery to customer.
· Source new sales opportunities through cold calls and emails and conduct research on prospective clients.
· Act as the point of contact for the different clients and handle all communication and inquires, from order placement until final payment.
· Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity

Pay: ₦350,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
