We're a forward-thinking EdTech company on a mission to reshape the educational landscape across Nigeria. Our flagship product, the Luceo Education Suite, helps schools streamline administration, enrich learning, and operate smarter. Now we're looking for a frontline ambassador to drive its growth.

What you'll do:

• Lead high-volume outreach — 120+ targeted institutional calls weekly (500+ monthly)

• Build partnerships with high-end private schools across Lagos & the Southwest Region

• Manage your pipeline with precision in our CRM (100% data accuracy)

• Act as a trusted advisor, nurturing cold and hot leads through structured follow-ups

• Deliver clear weekly & monthly reports on pipeline health and conversions

What you bring:

• Proven B2B sales, telemarketing, or business development experience (EdTech/SaaS a plus)

• A track record of smashing high-volume outreach targets

• Persuasive, polished communication — especially over the phone

• CRM proficiency and strong organizational instincts

• Awareness of NDPA 2023 data privacy compliance
