Job Summary • The Human Resources (HR) professional is responsible formanagingpeople within theorganization and ensuringa productive, compliant, and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Identifying hiring needs and creating job descriptions
• Advertising job openings and sourcing candidates
• Screening resumes and conducting interviews
• Coordinating the hiring and onboarding process
• Ensuring employees understand company policies and culture
• Acting as a bridge between management and staff
• Handling employee complaints, conflicts, and grievances
• Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Managing resignations, retirements, and terminations
• Ensuring proper offboarding procedures
• Supporting company growth and change management
• Planning workforce strategies
• Building leadership and succession plans
• Amongst others.
Requirements
• He/She must have a Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in business, people management, and social sciences orany related field.
• 3 - 4 years experience and certificationin Human resource management.(NYSC experience acceptable).
