Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Specialist based in Lagos. The Senior Human Resources Specialist will oversee HR management functions, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee benefits programs, and handle personnel-related activities. The individual will contribute to fostering a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with labor regulations while enhancing employee engagement and retention strategies.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) management and personnel-related tasks
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies aligned with organizational goals
• Knowledge of employee benefits programs and personnel management principles
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a senior HR role is an advantage
