🔹 ROLE SUMMARY The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of engineering and power-related projects while ensuring quality, safety, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage engineering and power projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project performance, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, HSE policies, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare technical and progress reports for management and clients
• Manage client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across projects
• Supervise site activities and ensure quality assurance throughout execution
🔹 REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
• B.Sc. or HND in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in engineering or power project management
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power solutions, and project execution processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively
🔹 PREFERRED ADVANTAGE
• PMP certification or related project management certification
• COREN membership or other relevant professional affiliation
• Experience in EPC, renewable energy, or hybrid power systems projects
