I Teach Globally is growing across Nigeria and the UK, and we are looking for ambitious Sales & Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
If you want hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, business growth, and the edtech space, this opportunity is for you.
We are expanding our learner base, building partnerships, and increasing enrolments across multiple programmes. We need confident and driven individuals who can manage inbound enquiries, make outbound calls, build relationships, and help convert leads into paying students.
This is not a passive role. We are looking for people who are proactive, persuasive, customer-focused, and results-driven.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Handling inbound customer enquiries professionally
• Making outbound calls to potential students and leads
• Following up on interested prospects
• Explaining our courses, programmes, and services
• Closing sales and increasing student enrolments
• Providing excellent customer support and guidance
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Updating customer records and tracking leads
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence speaking on calls with customers
• A self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Someone proactive, organised, and eager to grow
Commission Structure
• Earn
15% commission on every sale closed
