Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Sales Consultant
to join our Lagos team.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, customer-focused, and possesses strong market networking capabilities. Experience in automobile sales, fleet sales, or high-value customer relationship management will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vehicle Sales & Customer Development

• Promote and sell new vehicles to retail and corporate customers

• Generate and convert qualified sales leads

• Conduct showroom presentations and vehicle demonstrations

• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers

2. Corporate & Fleet Business Development

• Identify and develop fleet customers, corporate accounts, and institutional buyers

• Explore opportunities with leasing companies, logistics operators, and government-related channels

• Manage negotiation and closing processes for high-value transactions

3. Sales Target Achievement

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records

• Provide regular sales updates and market feedback

4. Market Intelligence

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

• Recommend strategies to improve sales performance and market penetration

Requirements

• Minimum
3–5 years
of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Existing business network or key customer relationships is a plus

• Experience in fleet sales or corporate sales is an added advantage

• Self-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset

• Good command of English

• Valid driving licence preferred
