As part of this restructuring process, JBECS Group is seeking a highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented Accountant to support the establishment of strong financial systems, bookkeeping structures, operational accountability, and reporting processes across the business.
JOB SUMMARY The Accountant will be responsible for managing the organization’s financial records, bookkeeping systems, reporting structures, account reconciliation processes, operational expense tracking, and financial documentation across multiple business units. The ideal candidate must possess strong accounting fundamentals, high attention to detail, organizational discipline, financial reporting ability, and the capacity to support the development of structured financial systems within a growing organization. This role requires someone who is: reliable, highly organized, proactive, accountable, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining financial accuracy within a dynamic operational environment.
The successful candidate will play a major role in helping JBECS Group transition into a more structured and financially coordinated organization.
Financial Record Keeping &
• Bookkeeping Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records across business units. Record daily financial transactions and operational expenses. Manage bookkeeping activities and accounting documentation. Organize invoices, receipts, payment records, and supporting financial documents. Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Financial
Reporting &
• Analysis Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries. Assist management with operational financial tracking and analysis. Generate expense reports, income summaries, and cash flow updates. Support the preparation of monthly and weekly financial reports. Monitor financial performance across projects and departments.
Account
Reconciliation &
• Financial Coordination Perform bank reconciliations and account balancing. Monitor receivables, payables, and operational expenditures. Support implementation of separate financial structures across business units. Coordinate operational payment tracking and expense monitoring. Assist in maintaining financial accountability systems. Budgeting &
• Expense Monitoring Track operational expenses and departmental spending. Support budget preparation and operational financial planning. Assist management with salary structure coordination and payroll support. Monitor spending patterns and identify financial inconsistencies. Support implementation of financial controls and accountability systems. Operational &
• Administrative Financial Support Work closely with operations and management teams on financial coordination. Support vendor payment tracking and operational procurement documentation. Assist with compliance-related financial documentation where required. Support implementation of structured accounting and reporting systems. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling financial records. Systems &
• Organizational Structuring Support Assist in creating organized financial systems for the evolving group structure. Support the development of reporting processes and accountability structures. Contribute to improving financial organization across subsidiaries. Participate in process improvement and operational structuring initiatives.
