Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
· Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and key partners
· Drive customer acquisition and retention across assigned territories
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
· Ensure consistent market visits, field execution, and reporting.
· Manage and support field sales teams where applicable.
· Track performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
· Ensure product availability, pricing compliance, and visibility across assigned territories.
· Review stock levels and demand forecasts and support distributors with stock planning
· Handle escalations from key retailers and trade partners.
· Oversee trade activations, marketing campaigns, and product launches in the field.
· Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports and recommend strategic actions.
Requirements:
· OND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
· Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in FMCG sales or a related industry with at least 1–2 years in field supervision.
· Proven experience in distribution and market expansion
· Good knowledge of the Ibadan markets
· Strong network of distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₦600,000.00 - ₦900,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
