Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Present company products/services to prospective clients
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Prepare and submit sales reports
• Achieve agreed sales and performance targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good knowledge of digital sales tools and online prospecting
• Target-driven mindset and strong self-discipline
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer/smartphone
Preferred Candidates
• Individuals with B2B sales experience
• Candidates with experience in IT, HR, consulting, or corporate services sales
