Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to drive sales, secure retail and hospitality partnerships, and grow the brand’s presence across key customer channels.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in retail or B2B sales and be confident in identifying prospects, pitching products, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential retail and hospitality partners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Pitch and sell the brand’s fragrance and lifestyle products to prospective clients.
• Secure product placements and business partnerships.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall brand growth.
• Conduct market research and follow up on leads.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback.
• Represent the brand professionally during client meetings and business engagements.
• Attend to walk-in customers, recommend suitable products, explain product features, and process sales/payments professionally.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail sales, or business development.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, FMCG, or lifestyle-related industries is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Existing network within the hospitality or retail industry is an added advantage.
