Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Media Sales Strategist, based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Media Sales Strategist will be responsible for crafting and executing media strategies, planning advertising campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance to deliver measurable results for clients.
Specific tasks will include o Identify business opportunities and develop business plans for clients based on their unique needs and goals.

o Create marketing plans to increase brand awareness/conversion for companies’ products or services o Identifying potential client needs and providing solutions that will increase sales or improve customer satisfaction.

o Contribute to team effort by establishing high-level contacts and ensuring that the defined sales process is followed.

dentify new sales opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, c
lose deals and work towards set targets, positively impacting the revenues of the company.

o Manage client relationships and provide them with excellent service and support.

o Work with the project execution teams to ensure customer goals are achieved.

o Develop strategies and processes for internal use to
strengthen our market presence and market share further
.

o Conducting research on the current state of an industry or sector, including analyzing market trends, consumer behavior patterns, technology advancements, and competitor activity.

o Providing leadership and guidance to sales teams to help them reach their goals o Developing new sales opportunities by identifying potential clients who have yet to be contacted by the company.

o Create customized and innovative solutions to meet clients’ specific goals/expectations, and define strategies to expand company revenue.

evelop digital strategies, manage web analytics to optimize media performance, and collaborate with clients to meet their advertising needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Media Planning and Media Strategy

• Experience in Digital Strategy and Marketing

• Strong knowledge of Web Analytics tools and techniques

• Ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships with clients

• Proven sales experience, particularly in media or advertising

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Business, or a related field

• Portfolio of previous marketing projects

• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing software

• Detailed understanding of social media networks and media marketing methods

• Excellent interpersonal and people skills

• Minimum of 4 years work experience in media sales or business development - Digital / Media / Marketing / Advertising industries preferred.

• A creative thinker who can connect 360° digital to all aspects of a client’s business and drive growth opportunities.

• Excellent networking skills and a demonstrated ability in key client/partner relationship management

• Familiarity with advertising trends in emerging markets is a plus

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
