We Are Hiring | Marketing Manager
Lagos, Nigeria | Full-Time | ₦350,000/month We are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Marketing Manager who has been built by agency life and can own the marketing function from ideation all the way through to execution independently and excellently.
We need someone who can sit down with a blank calendar and stand up with a fully structured, executable campaign plan.
Responsibilities Build and manage a structured content calendar across all platforms.
Generate campaign ideas and lead the ideation process from concept to execution.
Create, run, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and relevant platforms.
Oversee content production — copy, visuals, scheduling, and performance review.
Supervise and coordinate the marketing team, setting clear expectations and driving accountability.
Track campaign performance, interpret data, and deliver structured reports with actionable insights.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail or missing deadlines.
Supervise and coordinate the marketing team, assigning tasks clearly, setting expectations, and holding the team accountable for outputs. The ability to work autonomously.
Strong creative instincts backed by execution discipline.
Excellent attention to detail across all stages of marketing execution.
Experience supervising a marketing team or unit within an agency setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Requirements:
3–5 years of progressive marketing experience.
Minimum of 1 year working within a marketing or creative agency — this is mandatory.
Proven hands-on experience running and optimising paid ads.
A strong eye for detail at every stage of the marketing process.
Experience supervising a marketing team or unit.
The ability to work autonomously.
