WELL CLINIC is actively recruiting experienced Registered Nurses across all clinical departments. What You Will Do
· Conduct thorough patient assessments on admission, throughout the care episode, and at discharge
· Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised nursing care plans in alignment with medical orders and clinical protocols
· Administer medications and treatments accurately, applying the Six Rights of Medication Administration
· Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, escalating deterioration via the hospital's Early Warning Score (EWS) system
· Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR
· Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment plans, medication adherence, and discharge expectations
· Collaborate actively with physicians, allied health professionals, and the wider multidisciplinary team
· Uphold infection prevention and control standards at all times
· Participate in structured ISBAR handovers, ward rounds, and team meetings
· Support the development of student nurses and healthcare assistants on placement
What We Are Looking For
· Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
· Current, valid registration with a recognised national or international nursing regulatory body
· Minimum 1–3 years post-registration clinical nursing experience
· Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
· Proficiency in EHR systems and clinical documentation
· Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
• SENIOR REGISTERED NURSE

About the Role
We are seeking Senior Registered Nurses who bring a strong clinical track record, a commitment to mentoring the next generation of nurses, and a genuine interest in shaping the quality of care delivered at unit level. As a Senior RN at WELL CLINIC, you will manage complex patients, lead by example, and actively contribute to education and quality improvement within your department.
What You Will Do
· Manage a caseload of complex, high-acuity patients, applying advanced clinical assessment and evidence-based decision-making
· Serve as shift resource nurse, providing clinical guidance and support to junior colleagues
· Coordinate care for patients with complex or multisystem conditions in close collaboration with the MDT
· Precept and mentor assigned graduate nurses, providing structured clinical teaching and formal feedback
· Lead or actively participate in clinical audits, quality improvement projects, and departmental policy reviews
· Champion the uptake of updated evidence-based protocols and best practice guidelines within the team
· Contribute to the orientation and onboarding of new nursing staff
· Manage complex wound care, invasive lines, and advanced procedures within your scope of practice
· Provide operational support to the Charge Nurse when required
· Participate in root cause analysis of adverse events and contribute to safety improvement planning
What We Are Looking For
· BSN; postgraduate qualification in a clinical specialty or nursing education is preferred
· Minimum 5 years post-registration clinical experience with demonstrated progression in responsibility
· Current registration with a recognised nursing regulatory body
· ACLS certification or equivalent; specialty certification relevant to the assigned unit is an advantage
· Proven mentorship and clinical teaching capability
· Track record of engagement in quality improvement, governance, or research activities
