Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Personnel based in Lekki Lagos, Nigeria.
The Sales
Personnel will be responsible for building and managing strong customer relationships, addressing client needs, and increasing brand visibility and sales. Duties include identifying and onboarding potential clients, meeting sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, providing tailored solutions, and delivering on customer satisfaction goals. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams will also be essential to drive business growth.
Qualifications
• Sales and relationship management skills, including a proactive approach to identifying and converting leads into loyal customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse clients and effectively present product offerings
• Knowledge of the fashion industry or prior experience in retail or fashion sales is a plus
• Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage client accounts effectively
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering an exceptional service experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer literacy
