Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Assist in payroll and attendance management.

• Coordinate staff welfare and engagement activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

• Support performance management and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Previous HR experience is an added advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Professional certification, such as ACIPM, is an added advantage
