SENCE Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
The ideal candidate must be willing to learn, demonstrate strong communication skills, and maintain a positive, professional attitude. Prior HR knowledge is an advantage but not compulsory.
Key Responsibilities
• Support HR operations and administrative tasks
• Assist with recruitment coordination and candidate communication
• Maintain and update HR records and documentation
• Support employee onboarding processes
• Assist in preparing HR reports and summaries
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Requirements
• A current NYSC member, recent graduate or atleast 1 year post graduation with interest in Human Resources Management
• Fully remote role (must have a working laptop and reliable internet connection)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HR consulting field
• Good attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of HR principles is an advantage
• Prior HR experience is an added advantage
• Resident in Lagos or Abuja will be highly considered.
