Role Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Operations Manager to join our team in Ikeja. This is a full-time, on-site role. The key responsibilities include overseeing and enhancing HR operations, developing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee relations, and contributing to overall HR strategy.
You will collaborate closely with various departments to support organizational objectives and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices. The role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of managing people and processes efficiently.
Qualifications
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Operations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong skills in HR Management
• Proven experience in managing Employee Relations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Prior experience in a managerial HR role is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
