Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily branch operations and supervise Operations staff, CSOs, Tellers, and Heads of Operations within the region.
• Ensure operational activities align with the Bank’s strategic goals
• Drive operational efficiency and branch performance improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing operations teams
• Enhance customer service delivery and customer satisfaction across branches
• Support the implementation of operational best practices and service standards
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related disciplines
• Relevant experience in banking or microfinance operations management
• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge of banking operations and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
