Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Associate (Marketing & Brand Communications)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support campaign execution, client servicing, and day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented individual who is eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment.

You will work closely with account managers, strategists, designers, and content creators to deliver impactful, culture-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Client Support
• Support day-to-day client communication and internal coordination
• Assist in preparing briefs, presentations, proposals, and reports
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch development
• Support onboarding of new clients and campaign kick-offs
• Content & Digital Execution
• Develop content calendars and rollout plans across digital channels
• Write copy for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials
• Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
• Support execution of digital, social, influencer, PR, and event campaigns

Project Management
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and task updates across accounts
• Maintain project trackers using tools such as Notion or Google Sheets
• Follow up on tasks to ensure timely execution across teams

Performance Tracking
• Monitor basic campaign KPIs using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and email marketing platforms
• Support preparation of performance reports and campaign summaries
• Gather client feedback and assist with campaign optimization

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with design, production, and events teams to execute campaigns

Support on-ground activations, shoots, and marketing events when required

Requirements
• 1–2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand communications
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution
• Ability to multitask across multiple clients and deadlines
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Notion, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Slack, or Hootsuite
• Experience in social media management and/or copywriting
• Strong interest in culture, lifestyle, and the creative industry
