Key Responsibilities
• Manage day to day accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate costing, inventory accounting, and financial controls within manufacturing operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and financial regulations.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide financial insights to management to support operational efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain proper documentation and strengthen internal control processes.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• ICAN certification is preferred.
• 5 - 8 years’ experience in accounting, with solid experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a comparable industry.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.
