Role Description The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and decision-making at Waya Bank. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial reports, creating forecasts, conducting budgeting exercises, and supporting key business initiatives through data-driven financial insights. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lekki, offering the flexibility to work remotely on occasion.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting to manage and oversee financial processes efficiently.
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Financial Modeling to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Solid background in Finance, with an ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, or CPA) is an added advantage.
• Experience in a fintech or banking environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel and business intelligence platforms.
