Role Summary
CREM is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Senior Officer, Digital Marketing to drive our digital presence, lead campaign execution, optimize online performance, and support client growth initiatives. You will help to grow our brand, generate leads, and expand the reach of our services via digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive digital marketing strategies in line with CREM’s business goals.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns (social media, email, paid search/ads, content marketing, SEO/SEM).
• Manage and optimize paid media spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to achieve ROI targets.
• Oversee content creation: blogs, social graphics, video/scripts where needed, newsletters.
• Maintain and optimize CREM’s website, landing pages, and user journeys for conversion and performance.
• Monitor & analyze metrics: website traffic, lead generation, campaign performance, user engagement; prepare regular reports and optimizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (L&D, Consulting, Operations, Design) to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and digital presence.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools and competitive landscape, implementing best practices.
• Manage budgets for digital campaigns; ensure timely delivery and accountability.
• Mentor/guide junior digital team members or contractors as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin, or related field. Advanced qualifications or certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in digital marketing, with proven experience managing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn etc.), email marketing, content strategy.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to work with tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to draw insights & make recommendations.
• Excellent writing, presentation & communication skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
