Role Summary



• Drivetalent development and performance management initiatives to support the company's gas supply objectives.



Responsibilities



• Design and implement employee development programs, including training, workshops, and mentorship opportunities.

• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and implement retention strategies.

• Develop succession plans to ensure continuity and growth.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and recognize employee achievements.

• Use data-driven insights to measure talent management program effectiveness.

• Collaborate with department heads to align talent management strategies with business objectives.



Key Skills and Qualifications



• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

• 10+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the oil and gas industry

• Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, and organizational development

• Excellent communication and leadership skill
