Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria, for an Enterprise Sales Business Development Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential enterprise clients, developing strategic partnerships, and managing the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, crafting proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction.
You will also collaborate with internal teams to align products and services with client needs and market demands, while achieving revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development: Demonstrated experience in enterprise sales, opportunity identification, and deal closure

• Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders and enterprise clients

• Strategic Planning: Skills in market analysis, business strategy formation, and sales forecasting

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and proposal drafting

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address client challenges and deliver tailored solutions

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technology solutions and services to effectively match client needs

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus

• Additional Qualifications: Proven success in meeting sales quotas, proactive work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
