We are seeking a competent and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a multi-unit residential development project in Lagos.
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 Monthly (Negotiable based on proven experience)
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day construction site operations
• Coordinate contractors, artisans, suppliers, and site workers
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management
• Supervise quality control and project execution
• Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth project workflow
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 3–4 years experience in a similar construction/project management role
• Experience managing residential development projects is highly preferred
• Proficiency in project management and construction reporting tools is an added advantage
