Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abuja for a Senior Human Resource Manager.
The Senior Human Resource

Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The role involves implementing HR strategies, leading training and development programs, managing compensation and benefits, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The selected candidate will also handle conflict resolution and lead initiatives to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Human Resource Management skills, including developing HR policies, recruitment, and overseeing performance management initiatives

• Strong Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace environment

• Expertise in designing and leading Training and Development programs to enhance employee performance

• Compensation and Benefits management experience, with knowledge of compliance with labor laws and best practices

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools is an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred

• Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a real estate or event management industry, is a plus
