Role Overview

We’re looking for hungry, self-driven marketers to sell residential houses. This is a pure performance role: you get paid when you sell. If you can sell houses, you’ll make serious money here.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate & qualify leads: Source potential homebuyers through social media, referrals, networking, door-knocking, online ads, or any method that works for you.
• Showcase properties: Conduct virtual/in-person tours, highlight features, and sell the lifestyle, not just the house.
• Follow up & nurture: Build trust with prospects. Most buyers don’t say yes on day one.
• Close deals: Negotiate offers, overcome objections, and coordinate with the sales/legal team to finalize sales.
• Track activity: Keep records of leads, showings, and feedback. Report weekly on pipeline.

What You Get
• Pay: 100% commission. Earn ₦X or X% per house sold. Example: Sell a ₦30M house at 1% = ₦300k to you.

Training: We’ll give you property info, sales scripts, objection handling, and marketing materials.

Support: Access to photographer, listings on major portals, and legal/admin team for paperwork.

Flexibility: Set your own hours. Work remote or on-site. Your results = your income.

Who You Are

Sales-driven: You’re motivated by money and closing deals, not clocking hours.

Persuasive: People trust you. You can handle “no” and turn it into “not yet”.

Resourceful: You don’t wait for leads to be handed to you. You hunt.

Organized: You follow up fast and don’t let buyers slip through cracks.

Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. If you’ve sold anything — cars, insurance, SaaS — we can teach you houses.

Requirements

Smartphone + internet. You’ll be posting, calling, and following up daily.

Valid ID and ability to meet clients when needed.

No upfront fees, no salary draws. You’re paid when the house closes.
