Job Summary
The HMO Customer Service Representative will be responsible for attending to clientsโ inquiries, resolving complaints, handling enrollment/claims support, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers via phone, email, and walk-ins
Handle HMO inquiries, enrollment, and documentation support
Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up
Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate customer records and reports
Coordinate with internal departments for quick issue resolution
