Our client is seeking an experienced and data-driven Remote Oil & Gas Reservoir Engineer to join their world-class team. This is a fully remote position, offering an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise without geographical constraints within Nigeria. You will be responsible for analyzing reservoir data, building simulation models, and developing strategies to optimize hydrocarbon recovery. This includes evaluating reservoir performance, forecasting production, and assessing the economic viability of development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of reservoir engineering principles, fluid mechanics, and geological data interpretation. Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, CMG) and data analysis tools is essential. You will collaborate closely with geoscientists, production engineers, and management teams, leveraging virtual communication tools to share insights and recommendations. This remote role demands exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on making informed decisions based on complex datasets. You will contribute to the development of field development plans and reservoir management strategies.
