Human Resource Recruiter

Newedge Finance Limited is looking for a smart, proactive, and experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join our team in Ogba, Lagos.


Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate with HR Officers and other HR professionals

• Initiate and manage disciplinary procedures

• Prepare job descriptions and publish job adverts

• Support HR strategy and business management initiatives

• Identify staff training needs

• Manage onboarding and staff induction processes



Requirements:



• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related field

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Sound knowledge of Nigerian employment laws, statutory requirements, compliance, and HR policies



Work Schedule:



• Monday – Friday

• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
