Job Description
Carlcare Development Nigeria Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Specialist to support data-driven HR operations across the employee life cycle. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate workforce data, seamless payroll processes, and actionable insights that support business and HR leadership decisions.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in data entry, employee relations and comfortable working with HR systems, and able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

· Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding, ensuring seamless execution and a positive employee experience.

· Develop, maintain, and continuously improve HR dashboards and reports, providing accurate and timely insights to support data-driven decision-making across the business.

· Maintain and administer employee data within HR systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with documentation standards and organizational policies.

· Perform regular data audits and validation checks to identify discrepancies, drive data correction initiatives, and uphold the integrity of HR records and reporting outputs.

· Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to resolve data-related issues, streamline processes, and deliver insights that support workforce planning and operational efficiency.

· Design, implement, and optimize tools, templates, and automated workflows (primarily using Excel and other HR technologies) to improve process efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives within the HRSSC by identifying process gaps, recommending solutions, and driving standardization and automation of HR operations.

· Provide first-level support for HR data and systems-related queries, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of service delivery to employees and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

1–2 years experience in HR operations

Experience working with HR systems

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
