This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nigeria for a Finance & Treasury Operations Lead. The role involves overseeing daily treasury functions, managing cash flow, supporting financial forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities include coordinating banking relationships, managing payment processes, optimizing financial assets, and preparing detailed financial reports for senior management. The Finance & Treasury Operations Lead will also contribute to the development of organizational policies and strategies, ensuring efficient financial operations aligned with the company’s goals. Qualifications
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, cash management, and forecasting
Experience in developing and implementing financial policies and strategies
Proficiency in financial systems, tools, and software for reporting and analysis
Familiarity with banking relationships, payment processing, and regulatory compliance
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
