Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Officer to support the day-to-day HR administrative and operational functions across the organization.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance, employee lifecycle management, and accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• HR Administration & Employee Records
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Ensure all employee documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation processes
• Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, orientation, and system setup
Track probation periods and confirmation processes
Manage exit processes including clearance, documentation, and exit interviews
• Payroll & Benefits Administration
Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data and attendance records
Manage employee benefits records and respond to staff inquiries
Liaise with finance to ensure timely and accurate salary processing
• Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and leave records
Ensure proper documentation and approvals for leave requests
Generate attendance and workforce reports for management

Employee Relations
Support
Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries
Support resolution of employee concerns and escalate when necessary
Assist in disciplinary processes by maintaining proper documentation
• HR Reporting & Compliance
Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.)
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Support internal audits and HR documentation reviews

Process
Improvement & HR Support
Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend improvements
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
Assist the HR Manager in executing HR initiatives and projects
Requirements
\Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
\ 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration
\ Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
\ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HR systems
\ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
\ High level of confidentiality and professionalism
