Job Description
• Clinix Healthcare is seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our clinical team at the Awoyaya branch. We are committed to providing excellent, patient-centered care in a professional healthcare environment.



Responsibilities



• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various departments including outpatient, inpatient, and emergency.

• Assess patient health needs, monitor vital signs, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and ward rounds.

• Perform wound care, IV cannulation, injections, and other clinical procedures.

• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in line with hospital protocols.

• Ensure infection prevention and control standards are strictly followed.

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions.

• Collaborate effectively with doctors, pharmacists, laboratory staff, and other healthcare professionals.

• Promote a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients and staff.



Requirements & Skills



• Valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria NMCN.

• Excellent clinical skills with strong attention to detail.

• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Computer literate with basic knowledge of hospital information systems.

• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and continuous professional development.



Qualifications



• Bachelor of Nursing Science B.N.Sc. or Registered Nurse RN / Registered Midwife RM qualification from a recognized institution.

• Valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria NMCN.

• National Youth Service Corps NYSC certificate completed where applicable.

• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a hospital setting.

• Experience in a multi-specialty healthcare facility is an added advantage.
