Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Offshore Oil & Gas Production Supervisor for a fully remote, supervisory role. This position is critical for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of offshore production facilities. While the role is remote, it demands a deep understanding of offshore operations, safety protocols, and production management. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and environmentally compliant production activities, remotely coordinating with on-site teams and providing expert guidance. Responsibilities: Remotely supervise and coordinate daily production operations on offshore platforms. Monitor production performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization. Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies. Analyze operational data, troubleshoot production issues, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with drilling, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations. Manage personnel effectively, providing direction and support to offshore crews through remote communication. Oversee the safe handling and storage of hydrocarbons and associated materials. Ensure the integrity and functionality of production equipment through regular monitoring and reporting. Conduct remote safety inspections and participate in safety audits. Develop and implement production schedules and resource allocation plans. Prepare detailed operational reports, including production volumes, downtime, and incident reports. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Facilitate effective communication between offshore teams and onshore management. Provide technical expertise and guidance on production processes and equipment. Champion a culture of safety and operational excellence. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore oil and gas production, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. A strong understanding of production equipment, processes, and relevant HSE standards is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are paramount for effective remote supervision. The ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure is also critical. While based remotely, the candidate will be intrinsically linked to the operational hub in **Onitsha, Anambra, NG**, serving as a remote command for offshore activities.
