Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Identify and engage decision-makers within International Oil Companies (IOCs) and key Oil servicing firms.
• Win and manage major contracts across service areas including: EPCIM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Maintenance) & Manpower Supply
• Drive departmental KPIs and ensure business growth targets are achieved.
• Rigorously follow up on bids submitted to NAPIMS and other major clients.
• Develop, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances with technical and third-party partners.
• Represent the company at high-level technical meetings, trade shows, seminars, and industry forums.
• Develop winning strategies for tenders, proposals, and presentations.
• Identify new markets, assess feasibility opportunities, and create actionable growth strategies.
• Build and leverage a strong professional network within and beyond the Oil servicing sector. Requirements
• MBA, MSc, or Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum of 7 progressive and current years’ experience in Business Development within Oil servicing sector 3. Proven track record of winning contracts in EPCIM and related services.
• Strong understanding of NAPIMS processes and IOC engagement frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Established industry network and relationship management capability
