The HR/Admin Lead is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions at Eight Medical, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining compliance with Nigerian labor laws. This role will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations, providing strategic HR guidance.

Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the right talent is hired and integrated smoothly.
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company standards and legal requirements.
• Oversee employee performance management, ensuring fair appraisals and continuous improvement.
• Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate staff training and development programs to build skills and support career growth.
• Manage payroll, benefits, leave administration, and statutory deductions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential HR records and prepare reports for management decision-making.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning initiatives to support organizational growth.
• Manage the office administrative needs.
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, Nigerian labor laws, and talent management practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Human Resources certification (Preferred).
