Job Description
The Head of Wealth Management is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for GT Fund Managers Limited’s wealth management operations, driving sustainable growth in Assets Under Management AUM while delivering superior investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals HNIs, ultra-high-net worth individuals UHNIs, corporates, and institutional clients.


This position emphasizes the creation of innovative wealth products, the enhancement of client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and the alignment of wealth management strategies with GTCO’s broader business goals and risk tolerance.


Job Description for Head, Wealth Management



• Develop and execute the wealth management strategy in line with GT Fund Managers’ growth objectives, risk appetite, and GTCO Group strategy.

• Drive sustainable growth in Assets Under Management AUM through client acquisition, portfolio optimization, and innovative wealth solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals HNIs, Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals UHNIs, corporates, and institutional clients, ensuring superior client experience and retention.

• Monitor market trends, client behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders Investment, Risk, Compliance, Sales, Operations and external partners to enhance service delivery and market positioning.



Qualifications required for the Job



• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Master’s degree MBA, MSc Finance, Economics, or related field is highly desirable.

• Relevant professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in wealth management, asset management, private banking, or investment advisory.

• Must be a SEC Sponsored individual.

• Financial planning: Deep knowledge of retirement planning, estate planning, and tax planning.

• Investment management: Expertise in creating and managing complex investment strategies, portfolio construction, and asset allocation.

• Analytical skills: Strong quantitative and analytical abilities for financial modeling, forecasting, and complex problem-solving.

• Technical skills: Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
