This role focuses on key platforms, content creation and posting, engagement, and lead monitoring. The ideal candidate is teachable, accountable, and execution-focused, with a strong ability to work within defined processes and achieve measurable results.
• *Key Responsibilities**
• Manage and grow company social media accounts with engaging and consistent content.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Create, monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Monitor DMs/enquiries and escalate high-priority leads.
• Analyze metrics, create weekly/monthly reports, and suggest improvements.
• *Who We’re Looking For:**
• 2+ years of experience in social media/digital marketing.
• Teachable, accountable, and execution-focused.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to deliver results while following structured processes
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, paid ads, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
