Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to lead our sales and marketing function, drive revenue growth, and expand market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling software products or technology solutions, and will provide leadership to the sales team while ensuring strong pipeline management and effective marketing initiatives that generate qualified business opportunities.

Skills:
• Develop and execute the company’s sales and marketing strategy.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and monitor revenue performance.
• Provide strategic guidance on high-value opportunities and complex deals, particularly within software and technology sales.
• Lead and support Direct Sales Personnel and Technical Sales Consultants.
• Drive marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads and strengthen brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and industry relationships.
• Identify, pursue, and close opportunities for software product sales and digital solutions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a strong focus on software product or technology sales.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
• Demonstrated track record of closing software or enterprise solution deals.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in technology solutions, IT consulting, SaaS, or enterprise services is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
