On behalf of our client company, we are seeking a senior Head of Marketing and Communications in a crop protection business franchise to lead growth, brand, and reputation for a leading regional security and technology company operating across East Africa.
This role is for a commercially minded, execution-focused leader who can translate strategy into revenue, protect reputation in high-risk environments, and position the company as a trusted, crop protection partner to governments, farmers, and enterprises.
Responsibilities :
• Lead marketing and communications strategy aligned to business growth targets.
• Drive demand generation and pipeline support in partnership with Sales.
• Own the company’s brand, narrative, and market positioning.
• Lead digital marketing, performance tracking, and analytics.
• Manage security communications and crisis readiness.
• Design and deliver high-impact events, briefings, and thought leadership.
• Support regional teams with scalable marketing playbooks.
• Build and lead a disciplined, high-performing marketing team.
