Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are critical. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence stakeholders. A deep understanding of hydrocarbon systems, play fairway analysis, and risk assessment methodologies is fundamental. Experience in managing multi-disciplinary exploration teams remotely and a track record of successful discoveries are highly desirable. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape global exploration strategy from a remote location, impacting ventures in regions such as **Uyo, Akwa Ibom, NG**.
